GENERAL POLICIES AND INFORMATION
Missing Classes/Make Up Classes:
We are happy to schedule you/your child for a make up class should a class day be missed. Please notify the studio at 631-744-7001 or email@example.com of the date that will be missed prior to that classes scheduled meeting time. We encourage you to schedule your make up ASAP as make up classes can only be done in another age appropriate class within the currently enrolled session. Make ups do NOT carry over into future sessions. Extenuating circumstances please contact the studio directly to discuss.
Should you be needing a refund, the request must be prior to 1 week of the sessions start date and are subject to a 5% processing fee. This fee will be waived if your class is refunded due to insufficient enrollment. Refund requests made prior to the session start, but within that week time frame are subject to owner discretion and may incur a further fee. Refund requests made after the session has begun will only be honored in class credit toward another class of that same price point and MUST be used within 1 year or it will be forfeited. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact Kathy to discuss options.
Due to ever increasing cost of supplies and fees our current specials are for payments made by cash or check. Make sure you are registered for our newsletters for special offers. These are sent out before each new session and apply to 7 week sessions paid in full. Not applicable to special events or single classes.
