Introducing Teen Pottery! This class is intended for high school (recommended age 15-18) students who have aged out of our tween group and not yet ready for pottery with the adults. This class is open level and meets weekly for 90 minutes. Students will learn the basics of throwing on a pottery wheel. Students will toggle between hand building and wheel stations, learning the necessary skills of pottery. Trimming and glazing techniques will be incorporated into the session as well as an appreciation for the process of kiln firing.

High school level students ages 16+ are also able join adult level classes. Many students at this level are prepared to handle the dedication and commitment necessary to our adult level classes.

Note that due to safety, all students must be at least 10 years old to be permitted to use the pottery wheel.

Drop-in classes are available based on remaining class space and must be paid prior to the drop-in day. Please e-mail or call the studio directly to check availability and schedule.
