Registration and policies

HOW TO REGISTERTo register for classes, scroll down to the bottom of the page and add classes to your cart. After you check out, you will receive an e-mail from us within 24 hours. Please be patient, as this is not an automatic e-mail (we do this manually.)  This email will request additional information such as the students name, age, contact info etc. You will receive a text reminder several days before the start of your session. Once the class is full, it will state this on the website. If the class you desire is full, please call and leave your name and phone number to be put on a waiting list at 631-744-4001.

Please closely review our class policies prior to registering for classes. By registering, you automatically agree to adhere to said policies.

Class Policies:

  • Please arrive on time. (Students who arrive more than 10 minutes early will be asked to wait before entering the room)
  • Please make arrangements to pick up on time. Always come prepared with photo identification, as our teachers reserve the right to ask for it at any time. If another adult will be picking up, please inform Studio E of this ahead of time. If you will be late, please call us right away at 631-744-4001.
  • Absences must be reported at least four hours in advance to receive a make up credit for classes. You may report an absence by calling the studio at 631-744-4001.
  • Make up classes must be scheduled and completed within the seven week session time span and cannot be carried over to the next session.
  • Studio E is not responsible for providing make-up classes or issuing refunds to students who do not follow our make up policy.
  • A $50 cancellation fee is charged if a student withdraws less than 1 week from the start of classes. Once the class session has started no refunds will be issued.
  • In the case of an extenuating circumstance, please discuss this with us as early as possible and we may be able to hold your classes for a future session.
  • Sessions cannot be transferred to another individual.
  • Studio E is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. We do provide a lost and found box behind the front desk- If you have lost something in our studio, please request to see the box.
  • These classes are drop off style. We do not have enough space to have parents stay through class. You may choose to wait in your car in the studio E parking lot.
  • Students are responsible for their behavior in class. Our teachers have the autonomy to redirect students as often as necessary to ensure a safe and happy space for all of the students. If a students behavior is a continuous problem, this will be discussed with the parent so that we may create a plan of action together.
  • Cellphones: We understand that students may need to keep their cellphones handy to reach a parent. Often times we also have students use their cellphones (if they have one with them) to look up a photo reference. If we find that a student is continuously using their cellphone for other things not related to class, we will redirect them and inform the parent. Please have a conversation with your student ahead of time about appropriate cellphone use in class.
